In her eleven-year career in the public relations industry, Autumn has launched brands such as Priority Club Rewards, the hotel loyalty program for InterContinental Hotels, and the British Virgin Islands brand campaign. She has also coordinated the public relations program for The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation, One Ocean Resort & Spa, Atlanta’s Ellis Hotel, Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa, and Grove Isle Resort & Spa. Through effective public relations efforts, she has impacted the businesses of clients such as LXR Luxury Resorts, Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Costa Del Mar Sunglasses.
Autumn takes a strategic approach in public relations that is centered on managing the world’s perception of her clients. “Perception management starts with understanding and experiencing the product and then listening to what my client wants to create and the goals they want to attain. From there, I employ a hand-on approach combined with creative thinking and industry knowledge to develop a strategy that is topical and will separate the product from its competition.”
Prior to launching her own firm, she spent eight years in various public relations positions at a large agency. As a graduate of Florida State University, Autumn is married and has two daughters.
